A piece was missing from the kit. Gmail rejected the emails I sent to customer services in China and the UK end. Stolen money.

The bell only worked at a distance of 22 meters. You claim 150 meter range which is why I purchased the bell. I only wanted 50 meter distance but only 22 meter is totally unacceptable. There were no obstruction just a glass patio door!. I give three stars for the service by your support team. NO STARS FOR THE BELL!
